Return Policy Zeeiro will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage.

  • All original packaging is intact.

  • Any signs of damage will compromise the Zeeiro guarantee.

  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email with order number).

Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email shopzeeiro@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We utilize the timestamp from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. If damage is not reported within 48 hours, we may not be able to honor your claim.
